North 39 feet thereof and the North 2-1/2 acres
thereof
and
The SW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of the NE 1/4,
all in Section 9, T. 35 S., R. 39 E., situate
lying and being in St. Lucie County, Florida,
being 20.43 acres in sizeas shown by survey
thereof; including all mineral rights apper-
~ ~ taining to said land. -
The n~rtgagee, by accepting this mortgage, agrees tllat
relea5es of 5-acre tracts may be made on payment by the mortgagors
of $7,500.00 for each 5 acres so released. All 5-acre parcels so
released shall be contiguous, north to south. Pri.ncipal payments
made pursuant to the promissory note which this mortgage secures
shall apply toward gayment of each $?,500.00 for the purpose of
mortgagors obtairiing said partial releases as provided for herein. ~
Also, all partial releases obtained pursuant to the terms hereof ~
by mortgagors from mortgagee shall be credited to the next payment
of principal due pursuant to the tenas of the promissory note which '
this mortgage secures. ~
