The Mortgagor will pay any installments of any assessments made against said premises for local improvements within 60 days after notice and demand by ~ the Mortgagee notwtthstanaing the same may not be due ~ and payable at the time of ~uch notice and demand. The Mortgagor wil~ exhibit to the Mortgagee within 10 days after demand receipted bills or sati~factory proofs of all such payments. 6. The Mortgagor within 3 days upon request ' in person or within 10 days upon request by mail will furnish a duly acknowledged writt~n statement setting forth the amount of the debt ~ecured by ~hi~ mortgage, and stating either that no off~ets or defenses exist against the mortgage debt, or, if such off~ets or defenses ~ are alleged to exist, the nature thereof. 7. Notice and demand or reque~t may be made in writitig and may be ~erved in person or by mail. 8. The Mortgagor warrantL the title to said premi~es and to the fix~ures andpersonal property covered by this mortgage. 9. In case of sale under foreclosure, said premises, including the personal property covered by this - mortgage, may be ~old in one parcel. ; 10.
