If it shall be determined by the govern- mental authority having ~urisdiction that Et~mp ~axes are due on the amount of the note or obligation secured hereby, theMortgagor will pay the same. 16. The right~ of the Mortgagee herein specified shall be in addition to its ~tatutory right~. 17. The Mortgagor will maintain full and correct books and record~ showing in detall the earnings and expenses of the mortgaged premise~; will permit the Mort- gagee and its representatives to examine said books and records and all supporting vouchers and data at any time and from time ~o time upon request by the Mortgagee at the mortgaged premises or at such other place in the city and county in which the mortgaged premises are located as such books and records are customarily kept; and at any time an~d from time to time will furniQh to the Mort- gagee at its reque~t astatement showing in detail all' such earning~ and expenses ~ince the last such statement, verified by the affidavit of the Mortgagor or then owner, or if the ~ame be a corporation by an affidavit of its principal executive officer. 18.
