shall be paid by the Mortgagor to the Mortgagee on demand ;

and ~hall be ~ecured by this mortgage. Notwithatanding

that the debt secured hereby shall not have been declared ~
due and payable upon any ~uch default, said debt ~hall ~

the date of notice and demand therefor by the Mortgagee

29. The Mortgagee may, at the Mortgagee'~
option, foreclose this mortgage for any portion of the

20. In the event that any payment herein

installment.

21. The whole of the debt ~ecured hereby ~hall ~
immediately become due and payab2e at the option of the
Mortgagee, and thereupon the Mortgagee ~hall have the
right, among others, to foreclose this mortgage, upon the
happening of any one or more of the following
(a) Failure of the Mortgagor to pay any 2neta12-
ment of principal or interest within 15 days after the
due date thereof;
