Pierce Investments, dated February 13, 196q, recorded in Official Records Book 1T5, Page 24g8 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, to ~he lien of any r~ortgage or security a~reement and that it will not violate or permit the violation of any of the covenants, terms and conditions in said FJarranty Deed and Easer.^.ent Agreement , 24.
