Investments, dated February 13, 196q, recorded in
Official Records Book 1T5, Page 24g8 of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, to ~he lien
of any r~ortgage or security a~reement and that it
will not violate or permit the violation of any of
the covenants, terms and conditions in said FJarranty
Deed and Easer.^.ent Agreement ,
24. In order to r.:ore fully protect the
security of this r~ortgage, to~ether with, and in
addition to, the monthly payr.:ents of prineipal and
interest payable under the terms hereof ,~he t'.ortgagor

the first day of each month thereafter un~il the
indebtedness secured herebp shall have been paid in
full, a sum equal to the real estate taxes next due
