This mort~a~e may not be waived, changed or
dischar~ed orallv, but only by an agreement in V~ritin~
and si~ned by the party a~ainst whom enforce~ent of any
waiver, change or dischar~e is sought. If there be more
than one ?'_ort~a~or the covenants and i,rarranties hereof
shall be ~oint and several. The covenan~s of this
~ mortga~e shall run tvith the land and bind the *!ortgagor,
the heirs, distributees, lepal representatives; successors,
and assigns of the I•Tort~agor and all subsequent oi~rners,
encumbrancers, tenants ~nd subtenants of the premises,
and shall inure to the benefit of the t*:ortga~ee, the ~

sin~ular shall include the plural as the context requires.
