A tract of land in YACHT VIEW as per reallotment plat dated February 2,
1959 of the Northernmost 6 1/4 acres of that portion of Government Lot
1, Section 33, Township 34 South, Range 40 East lying East of the
Florida East Coast Railroad, beinq a tract 98.67 feet, West to East
and South of Yacht Lane and described as follows:
Begin at a point in the East right of way line of the F.E.C. Railroad
113.13 feet South of and at right angles to the North line of above
~ section, thence run East parallel to said Section line 557.58 feet and
~ being 113.13 feet south of said Section line;. thence South 50 feet to
~ point of beginninq; thence continue South 115.73 feet to agreement line
(same being 278.86 feet South of said North section line); thence run
~ o West 98.67 feet along said agreement line; thence run North 1Q5 feet
= ~ 4- more or less to the South line of Yacht Lane; thence turn on angle of
100 deg. 37 mi.n 11 sec. measured South to East and beinq the same angle
as in Yacht Lane, and run along said Yacht Lane 100 feet more or less
to point of beginning, together with joint use and joint obligation
for maintenance of Yacht Lane East of Indian River Drive and dock facili-
ties at the east extremity of said Yacht Lane extension. Said tract
being also described as all of Lot R and the East 18.67 feet of Lot Q,
as~per said reallotment plat attached hereto, allowing the grantees
herein at all times hereafter to eliminate liability for joint main-
tenance by relinquishing said easement for use of the dock facilities.
Excepting from the above conveyance the North 5 feet of the above said
tract along said Yacht Lane for grading and drainage..
