1. That I am the surviving spouse of Martin Carl Tellman
2. That my said spouse and myself held as an estate by the entirety,
heretofore acquired title to the following St. Lucie County, Florida, property
to-wit :
PARCEL l. Greenside Block 8, Lot 22, Plat Book 7, Page 48, Highlands
County, Florida, contract for purchase of same with wife as joint tenancy.
PARCEL 2. Lot 28, Block 1151, Pt. St. Lucie Section 12, Page 55, St.
Lucie, Florida
3. That sa~d Martin Carl Tellman and Josephine M. Tellman
were lawfully ~arried to each other prior to the acquisition of title
as aforesaid and remained married to each other without intervening
divorce up to the time of the demise of said
