Lucie County, State of Florida, and more particularly d~scribed
as follows: - -
Lots 1, 2 and 3 and the North one-half of Lot 4 and all
of Lots 9 and 10, a11 in Block 3, Mile-End Subdivision, as shown
on the Plat of said subdivision on file in Plat Book 4, page 10
of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida; and also all
that certain portion of a road lying North of Lot 1, Block 3,
and South of the Canal Right-of-Way and West of 13th Street as
shown on the Plat of Mile-End Subdivision and recorded in Plat
Book 4, page 10 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida. .
BEING all those lots or parcels of land which by Deed
dated of even date herewith and recorded or intended to be ~
recorded among the Public Records of St. Lucie County, State of
Florida, imanediately prior hereto were granted and conveyed by
the said Margaret M. Cole, widow, unto the said The Delta
Corporation, the Grantor herein.
TOGETHER with the buildings thereupon, and the rights,
alleys, ways, waters, privileges, appurtenances and advantages
thereto belonging, or in anywise appertaining.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the described lots of ground and
premises unto and to the use of the said Margaret M. Cole for and
during the period of her natural life, with all the powers
~ hereinbefore set forth, and from and immediately after the death
i of the said Margaret M. Cole, the remainder insofar as undisposed
! of in the exercise of said powers unto and to the use of the said
( Charles Francis Ostendarp, David Charles Ostendarp and James
William Ostendarp, as tenants in common, their heirs and assigns,
in fee s imple.
AND the said party of the first part hereby covenants
that it has not done or suff~red to be done any act, matter or
thing whatsoever to encumber the property hereby granted; that it
will warrant specially the property hereby granted and conveyed;
and that it will execute sucYi further assurances of the same as
may be requisite. .
