BEFORE ME, personally appeared ROBERT C. HAROWICK, who upon being
first duly sworn, did depose and say as follows:
That he is the son of the late SAM W. HARDWICK; that he is well
acquainted with all of the property owned by said SAM W. HARDWICK and
~his mother FLORENCE HARDWICK; that he knows-of his own knowledge that
SAM W. HARDWICK and FLORENCE HARDWICK were husband and wife on June 24,
1943, and that they remained continuously married to each other through
February 27, 1971, the date of the death of said SAM W. HARDWICK; that
said SAM W. HARDWICK was also known as SAMUEL W. HARDWICK and S. W.
HARDWICK.
