WITNESSETH, That for divers good and valuable consicierations, and also in consideration of the aggregate ~
sum of money named in the promissory note of even date herewith, hereinafter destribed, the Mortgagor dces grant, ~

TOGETHER with .all strudures and improvements now and hereafter on said land and the fixtures attached
thereto and all rents, issues, proceeds, and profits accruing and to accrue from said premises ail of which are included ;

fore fult payn,ent of this mortgage and notes secured hereby, make fu~ther advances to the Mortgagor and any such
~ further advances, with interest, shal: be secured by this mortgage and shall be evidenced by an add~tiona! note then
~ unpa~d, and the roral amount of ~ndebtedness that may be sewred by th~s +nortgage may decrease or ~ncrease from time
~ ro time, but the total unpa~d balance so secured at any one time shall not exceed rhe maximum prirzcipal sum of
