of jai-alai or pelota
in the County of ST, LUCIE, State of Florida, on the following described premises,
to wit:

a part thereof.
WHEREAS, scdd appliccction has been examined amd considered by said DIVISION
OF PARI-MUTUEL WAGERING and found to be sufficient and in due form according
to law, warranting the issuance of the permit applied for;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT KNOWN THAT A PERMIT IS HEREBY GRANTED to
the said FORT PIERCE JAI-ALAI , INC .
for the conduct of

in accordance with the laws of the Stcrte of Florida, and the rules and regulations of
said Division when and if this permit shall be made effectual by ratification by a
majority of the voters participating in an election duly held for such purpose in the
said ST . LUCIE County, Florida, in manner and form provided by law.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the DIVISION OF PARI-MUTUEL WAGERING has caused
this permit to be executed in its name by its Director at Miami, Florida,
