WHERSAS the enployer deaires to create a pension plan and ~
trust, which meet th~ qualific3tf.on requireu~nts nf the Internal _
Revenue Code, in order to provide retirement benefits for its k
employees eliqible hereunder, an3 thefr beneficiarie~; and

WIiEREAS the trustee ie willinq to undertake the obliqations '
of the Trustae hereunder;
NOW, THEREFOR~, the employer, ae authorised by it• Board
of Directors, hereby adopts and establishes the followinq P~nsion R

Plan and ?~rust.

I. NAME OF PI.AN AND EFFECTIVE DATE. The Pension Plan =
hereby adopted shall be known as "The Reqal Pet Centera of
Miami, Inc. Peneion Trust." The plan shall be effective as of
March l, 1969. - ~
II. D8F'INITIONS. For purposes of this Aqreement, except

~ as context may otherwise require, the following w~ords and
phrases shall have the following meaninqs:
"Age" ahall mean ingurance aqe.
"Aqree~ent" shall mean this agreement as a~on~ended trom
time to time.
"Anniversary aate" shall mean each .~4arch lst while this
plan i~ in force.
"Auxiliary Func1" aha12 mean the fund eetablished under t1~-~
plan to provide some or all of the funds required to pro-
vide retirement benefita hereunder
"Beneficiary" shall mean a peraon entitleri to receive
benefite under the plan in respect of a deceased participant or
