pliance witn any direction to surrender or distribute a contract,
or to make a distribution from t:le auxiliary fund, the property

of the trust func: and the trustee shall have no further respon-
sibility in respect thereof.
7..Directions to Trustee. Although the powers conferred
on the tru~tee hereunder are intenc3ed to be exercised in the
discretion of. the trustee, the trustee shall nevertheless exercise
or refrain from exercisinq any such riqht or power in accordance
with any written c?irectior. from the employer. Any such direction
may be specific or general, temporary or continuing, and shall,
ii~ any event, be revocable at any time. In accorc'.ance with the
foregoinq, directions may be aivan to the trustee witn respect to
the investr.ient and reinvest~ent of ttie auxiliary furid, interpre-
tations of the plan, and any other matter affectir.g tne plan. The
trustee shall be un3er na obligation to act in accordance with any
svcti direction except upon receipt of a written copy thereof signed
on ~ehalf of the employer and, if requested by the trustee,
