MODIFICATION AGREEMENT

THIS AGREEMENT made and entered into this ~ day of
J v N!r , A.D., 197~ by and between JOHN L. LESTER and RUTH W. LESTER,
his wife, of the City of Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida,
(collectively hereinafter referred to as "LESTER"), and R. W. JOHNSON and ~
HELEN JOHNSON, his wife, of the City of Corai Gables, Dade County,
Florida, (collectively hereinafter referred to as "JOHNSON");
W I T N E S S E T H:
W?HEREAS, heretofore LESTER had agreed to sell certain real
property to JOHNSON and executed a deed therefor dated September 1,
1968, and recorded in Official Records Book 174 at Page 224 of the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, conveying a parcel of
land camprising 14.33 acres more or less situated in the Northeast
1/4 of the Sovtbwest 1/4 of Section 13, Township 34 South, Range
39 East, of which a more particular description of the property being
conveyed was attached to said recorded deed as Exhibit "A"; and
WHEREAS, as a part of the purchase price therefor, JOHNSON, '
on September 1, 1968, executed and delivered to LESTER their Purchase
Money Mortgage which thereafter was recorded in Official Records Book
174, Page 226, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and
was given to secure an original principal indebtedness of $30,000.00;
and ' ;
WHEREAS, through a typographical error, one of the parcels
of land described in said Exhibit "A" attached to the aforesaid
Warranty Deed and i~ortgage Deed, as recorded, was improperly and
erroneously described; and

WHEREAS, the parties now desire to correct and amend said
Warrainty Deed ar.d tlortgage Deed that they may recite and set forth
the true and correct legal description of the parcel of land intended
to be sold thereby.
NOW, THEREr'ORE, in consideration of the sum of One ($1.00)
Dollar by each of tr~ parties hereto to the other in hand paid, the
