JOHNSON do hereby covenant and agree with each other as follows:
u 1. That the legal descriptfon of real property comprising
14.33 acres more or less as set forth on the attached Exhibit "A"
to the Warranty Deed fram LESTER to JOHNSON, dated September 1, 1968,

and recorded in Official Records Book 174, Page 224 of the Public ~

Records of St. Lucie County, Florida; and as set forth in Exhibit "A" `
attached to the Mortgage Deed, dated September 1, 1968, given to
LESTER by JOHNSON, recorded in Official Records Book 174, Page 226,
of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, both be and the ,
same are hereby amended, corrected and modified to read as follows:
The North 715 feet of the East 626.3 feet of the
Northeast quarter (NE~) of the Southwest Quarter
(SW~) of Section 13, Township 34 South, Range 39
Fast, St. Lucie County, Flor ida;
and
The West 364.34 feet of the North half (N~) of the
Northeast quarter (NE~) of the Southwest quarter
(SW~) of Section 13, Township 34 South, Range 39
East, St. Lucie County, Florida;

containing 14.33 acres, more or less, together with _
and including all crops, fruits, trees and other
products planted, growing and to be planted, grown
and raised thereon; including as a part of the
realty all permanently installed irrigation systems
; and equipment, including all pumps, motors, engines,
~ pump houses, tanks, pipes and mains, pipe lines,
~ together with all equipment necessary for the use
E and operation thereof, now or hereafter placed upon
tbe premises, and any replacements or renewals thereof.
2. The parties hereto f~ther agree that said Warranty
Deed and Mortgage Deed shall continue and remain in full force and '
effect together with all of their original terms, covenants and
conditions, excepting only as herein expressly modified.
