sells, aliens, remises, releases, conveys and confirms unto the said
Party of the Second Part, and the heirs, and assigns forever, that
certain land in St. Lucie County, State of Florida, described
as follows:

EDGARTOWN, as recorded in Plat Book 1, page 161-1E4,
of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
