said 11'Iortgagor is now seized and possessed and in actual possession, situated in the oouuty oi St. I.ucie and

Easterly right-of-way of the I'. E. C. Railroad, a distance of 75'; thence by '
angle to the risht ot 110°23'30" run Easterly parallel to the South line of i
Section 36, To~anship 35 South, Range 40 East, a distance of 377' more or less ~
t~ the shores of the Indian River; thence meander Southeasterly the shores of t
the Indian River, a distance of 72' more or less to a intersection with the i

The mc~rtgagor covenants and agrees that so long as this mortgage and said note ~
secured hereby are insured or guaranteed under the provisions of the Serviceman's ~
Readjustraent Act, as amended, he will not execute or file for record any instxu- ~
ment which imposes a restriction upon t~~e sale or occupance of the mortgaged ;
property on ttie basis of race, color or crced. L'pon any violatfon of this l
undertaking, the morfibagee may, at its option, declare the unp2id balance of the ~
debt secured hereby immediately due and`payable. ;
The mortgagor further covenants that silould the Veterans Administration fail ~
or refuse to issue its guaranty of the loan secured by t his mortgage under ~
t:~e Provision of the Service~en's Readjustment Act of 1944, in the sum of {
$12,499.20 within sixty days ~rom the date of the loan would normally become =
elioible for such guaranty, the mortgagee tierein may, at its option declare
ail sums secured by tt~is mortgage immediately due and payable. _
