lying easterly of State Road No. 5(U.S. Highway No. 1), more
particularly described as follows, to-wit: ~

Commence at the point where the west line of said three i
quarters intersects the original east right-of-way of sa id road ;

(being 33 feet from the center-line thereof) ; thence run East ~
along a line parallel to the north line of said Section 22 a ~
distance of 50.80 feet to the point of intersection with the
pro posed easterly right-of-way line of said State Road No. 5,
said point bei ng the point of beginning of the parcel of land
hereinafter to be described; thence continue Easterly on the
.last described course a distance of 350 feet to a point; thence
run Northwesterly parallel to the Easterly right~of-way of State
Road No. 5 a distance of 109.32 feet to a point; thence run
westerly parallel to the north boundary of sa id Section 22 a
distance of 350.0 feet ~o the point of intersection with the
west boundary of the East 3/4 of the East of said Section 22
and also the proposed easte rly right-of-way of State Road No.
5; thence run southeasterly along the proposed easterly right-
of-way of said State Road No. 5 a distance of 109.32 feet to
the point of beginning.

district, zoning regulations and provisions, and easements of ~
record, and taxes for the current yea= and thereafter.
