W Together ~rith all structures and improvements noW and hereafter on said

accruing and to accru~e from~ said premises, all of Which are included ~rithin the fore-
going description and the habend~ thereof; also all gas, steam, electric, Water
and other heating,cooking, refrigerating, lighting, plum~bing, ventilating, irrigating
, and po~rer systems, machines, appliances, fixtures and appurtenances, which noW are or
~ may hereafter pertain to, or be used vith, in or on said premises, even though they
~ be detached or detachable; also, all building, improvement or construction materials,
supplies and equipm~ent hereafter delivered to said Isnd contemplating installation
~ or use in constructions tt~ereon and all rights and interest of the Mortgagor in build-
~ ing permits and architectural plans aad speciYications relating to contempl.,ated
constructions or improvements on said land and all rights and interest of Mortgagor in
present or ft~ture mortgage loan co~it~nents pertaining to a~r oP said land and improve-
ments thereon.
TO AAVE APD TO HOLD the same, together ~rith all a.nd singular tl~e tenements,
hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in a~rise appertaining, and
the reversion and reversions, remainder or remainders, rents, issues and profits
thereof, and also all the estate, right, title, interest, property, possession, claim
and demand Whatsoever, as well in law as in equity, of the said Mortgagor in and to
the sam~e, and every p~rt thereof, unto the said Mortgagee absolutely and in fee simple
forever. ~

And the Mortgagor hereby covenants irith the Mortgagee that he is in-
defeasibly seized of said land in fee simple; that he has full po~rer and la~ful right
to comrey the same in fee simpLe as aforesaid; that it sha1.1 be la~ftLl for the
Mortgagee at all times peaceab],y and quiet~y to enter upon, hold, occupy and en~oy
said land, and every part thereof; that the land is sad_Will remain free from all
encwnbrances; that said Mortgagor vill mBke such ftiirther assuraaces to perfect the fee ~
simple title to said land in said Mortgagee as may be reasonably required, and that ~
said Mortgagor dces hereby f~l.ly varraat the title to the property hereby m~rtgaged,- ~
