- ~ Addundum attached to Articles of Agreement dated
August 1, 1972 and roade a part thereof.
1. At no time during the term of this Articles of Agreement nay the party of the first
part encumber said property without the written consent of party of second part. In the
j event party of the first part cannot make payment with the terms of this agreement, when
~ due, he agrees to advise party of the secondpart and party of the secondpart reserves the
~ ~ight to pay off above described lot or lots and the ac~ount paid to be credited to the un-
paid principal balance existing under these Articles or Agreement at such time. Lot or
?ots to be released from mortgage.
In the event the party of the first part shall not make payment on the existing mortgage
~overing said premises and other lands held by Nathan Phillips and Elton rleltzer, as Trustee~;'
-_+ated December 7, 1971, filed December 8, 1971, in Official Records Book 197, page 2383, of
ti~e Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, he hereby agrees tb so advise the party of
t~1e second part, and the party of the second part may at his option pay the amount so due ~
r_~ release these premises from said mortgage, and said payment shall release said party of
=:~e second part fran any and all further obligation under this agreement. and party of the
`irst part shall deliver a g~ood and sufficient Warranty Deed forthwith.
This agreement shall not be deemed to be in default of the payments required by the terms
'-,~reof shall be made on or before fifteen days after said payments shall become due.
