11. Laeaors hereby grant unto Lsasees ths option
to purchase eaid preaisea aore particularly dsacribed in paraqraph
1 hsreof, anytise aftsr J'une 1, 1977, for ths total purchass price
of l~ifty Five Thousand Dollars ($55,000.00), upon the ternu as
dsscribed in th• contract attached hersto, markad "8xhibit l~' and
by raferencs made a part hereof. Said option to purchass is qivsn
in consideration of ths premisas and the sum of One Dollar and
other qood and valuable considerations in hand paid by the parties
each to the other, and upon the mutual covensnts, aqrsements and
undertakinqa of the partfea hereto. Lss~ees ehall give to Lassors
in writinq no less than ninsty (90) daya notice of their intention
to purchase aaid premisea. In the event that I,essaes elect to
exerciae •aid optfon as aforesaid, than and in that svent, both
parties aa,gree to entsr into the contract attachad hereto, mark~d
"Sxhibit A" and by reference oade a part hereof. It is under-
atood and aqreed by both parties that in the event Lsssess do not
give notice of their intention to exarciae said option to purchase,
this lease and all of its tarms and condit~ons shall remain in full
force and effect. No credit toward said purchase price shall accrue

prior to tha expiration of the leaae term. Lesaees shall have the
~ further right and option upon the expiration of such ten (10) year
~ renewal term, to renew for an additional. ten (10) year term upon
~ same terms and conditione and at a rental of $700.00 per month,
