which such notice is depoaited in tha maila of the United States
Poat Office Department.
17. No waiver or breach of any covenant herain con-
tained shall be a waiver of any succeeding breach of the same
covenant or agreement.
18. The filing of any petition in bankrnptcy or in-
solvency taward or against Lessees or tha making of an asaignment
for the banef it of creditors of Lessees or the appointmant of a
Receiver or Trustee for the property of the Lesseea or the isauanca
~ of any execution or attachment under which the demised pre~ieea or }

~ any interest therain or any property therein shall be taken or ~

~ attempted to be taken, shall be deemed to constituta a breach of
~ this lease, and thereupon and without entry or other action by •

. 20. This lease has been negotiated by Levere Montqomery

~ as Broker for Lessora, and Leasors shall be solely responsible for

~ his remuneration therefor. No other brokera have been employed by

~ Lessors and no broker has been employed by Lesaees in the negotiation s
