TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
Before me, the undersigned authority duly authorized to take
oaths and acknowledgments, personally appeared JACK L. ROGERS, who
after being first duly cautioned and sworn says:
l. That he has known ALLIECE WALTERS and her husband, G. B.
WALTERS, and that he has personal knowledge that some real property
has through inadvertence and due to the scriveners error was vested in
G. B. WALTERS and his wife, MRS. G. B. WALTERS.
2. That he also has personal knowledge that certain mortgages
have been made in favor of ALLIECE WALTERS.
3. That he also has personal knowledge that the conveyance
dated March 22, 1972 recorded in O. R. Book 201 at Page 2490 of the
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, that ALLIECE wALTERS and
MRS. G. B. WALTERS are one and the same individual.
4. That he has known G. B. WALTERS and ALLIECE WALTERS, his
wife, for a period in excess of fifteen (15) years, that he has personal
knowledge that during said period of time, they.have maintained their
residence in St. Lucie Gounty, Florida, and has had occasion during said
period of time to be acquainted with the said individuals on a social
and business relationship numerous times during said period of time.
