Together with all build~ngs, improvements, fixtures or appurtenances now or hereafter erected there-
on or placed therein, inciuding all apparatus, equipment, fixtures or articies, whether in sing(e units or cen-
trally controlled, used to supply heat, gas, air conditioning, water, light, power, refrigeration, ventil~ation or
other services, and any other thing now or hereafter there+n or thereon, the furnishing ot which by lessors
to teasees is customary or appropriate, including screens, window shad~s, storm doors and wi~dows, floor
coverings, screen doors, awnings, stoves and water he~ters (all of which are intended to be and are hereby
declared to be a part of said real estate whether physi:alty attached thereto or not); and also together with
all easements and th~ rents, issues and profits af said premises which are hereby pledged, assigned, trans-
ferred and set over unto the Mortgagee, whether now due or hereafter to become due as provided in the
Supplemental Agreeme~t secured hereby. The Mortgagee is hereby subrogated to the rights of atl mort-
gagees, lienholders and owners paid off by the proceeds of the toan hereby secured.
