RONALD R. ALBERTS, being duly sworn, deposes and says:
1. That he is the President of the LAI~WOC?D PARK PROPERTY
O~YNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., a non-profit corporation of the State
of Florida, which has been assigned all the rights and reservations ~
of LAKEHIOOD PARK COAPORATIOY, LAKEWOOD PARK CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION,
and LAI~ INDRIO CORPORATTON, said Assignment being recorded in
Official Record Book 186, page 2035 in the office of the Clerk of
the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, Florida.
2. Tha~ there has been an Affidavit filed against certain
lo~, block, and unit numbers in Lakewood Park Subdivision, for
nonpayment of maintenance fees assessed, said Affidavit being
recorded in Official Record Book, 177 page 2~65 , Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. That the LAKEWOOD PARK PROPERTY OWN~RS ASSOCIATION, Ir'C.,
hereby reZease, satisfy and forever discharge the said Affidavit
now on record against the following property, since said arrearage
