All that property situated in Sections 26,
27, 34 and 35, Township 35 South, Range 40
Ea$t, St. Lucie County, Florida, owned by
Kip L. Wagner (Florida First National Bank, ,
Vero Beach, Florida, Trustee~, said property
containing 250 acres, more or less, but not
less than 236 acres.
The South 250 acres of the following:
That part of the SW 1/4 of Section 26, lying
West of Lake Shore Boulevard and the East 1/2
of the SE 1/4 of Section 27 and the East 1/2
of the NE 1/4 of Section 34 and that part of
the East 1/2 of the West 1/2 and the West 1/2
of the East 1/2 lying West of Lake Shore Boulevard •
in Section 35 and the West 1/2 of the West 1/2
of Section 35, all in Township 35 South, Range
40 East, St. Lucie County, Florida.
As described in St. Lucie County Tax Book:
