6. The marriage between S_a,:'ZAH PEEK LEE, Wife, and JACK LEE,
Husband, is irretrievably broken.
The parties own as an estate by the enti rety the following described

real property, situated, lying and being in St. Lucie County, Florida, to»wit:
A~, Lot 11, Block L, of Fee and Mays Acidition as per plat
on file in the o£fice of the Clerk of the Circuit Court,
Plat Book 3 at Page 48, Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.
B), Commencing at the Soutl:easL corner of the SW 1/4 of the SE
1/4 of Section 4, Township 35 South, Range 40 East, and run
thence North 595 feet to place of beginning, thence run East
?5 feet, thence run North 50 feet, thence run West ?5 feet,
thence run South 50 feet to the place of beginning in St. Lucie
County, Florida.
8. Respondent, JACK LEE, is the owner in fee simple, of that certain
parcel of real property situated lying and being in St. Lucie County, described
as;
Lot 18, Block 4 of Eldorado Sub Division, aceording to the Plat thereof
on record in P2at Book 8 at Page 2 of the Public Records of Dade County,
Florida.
- 9. The parties were the owners as tenants by the entirety of the fee
simplet title to: -

which property had been sold and monthly payments are being received from
the sale of said lot.
10. Petitioner, SARAH PEEK LEE, has established before the Court
by her testimony of a special equity in;
~ Lot 11, Block L, of Fee and Mays Addition as per plat
~ on file in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court,
~ Plat Book 3 at Page 48, Yublic Records of St. Lucie
~ County, Florida.

~ which testimony #urther shows that said Petitioner made all of the
down payment for said property, as well as making ail of the monthly payments
in accordanee with the purchase contract as to said real property.
