1. That this Court has jurisdiction of the parties and the subject matter
of this action.
2. That the default judgment previously entered in this cause is hereby ;

ratified and confirmed. ~

3. That the marriage between Petitioner, SARAH PEEK LEE, and Re•• }
spondent, JACK LEE, is irrstrievably broken and is Dissolved, a vinculo.
4. The Court finds that as a matter of law the ?~arties own as tenants
by virtue of this Fina1 Judgment, the following real property in St. Lucie
' County, Florida:
Commencing at the Southeast corner of the S~Y 1/4 of the
SE 1/4 of Section 4, Township 35 South, Range 40 East, ~f
and run thence North 595 feet to p2ace of beginning, thence }
run East 75 feet, thence run North 50 feet, thence run ~

West ?5 feet, thence run South 50 feet to.the place of be- i
ginning in St. Lucie County, Florida.
5. The Court finds that by virtue of the special interest proven and
established by the Petitioner, SARAH PEEK LEE, fihat she is entitled to 4
a21 of the interest, equity~ and title in and to the £oiiowing descrided real

property located in St. Lucie County, Florida, toytvit:
~ Lot 11, Block L, of Fee and Mays Addition as per plat ~
f on file in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court, '
Plat Book 3.at Page 48, Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Flarida.
The Court herein awards to the Petitioner all of the interest of the Respondent
JAGK LEE, in and to said real property and directs that he shall within 5 days
of this Final Judgment make, deliver and execute a warranty deed to said real

property, and upon his refusal or failure to do so that this Final Judgment

shall act as a conveyance of all of the interest of JACK LEE to SARAH PEEK ~

~ LEE in and to the above described real property free and clear of all claims

~ of the Respondent.

~ 6. That Petitioner and Respondent are owners as tenauts in common

~ of the mortgage .or proceeds now being paid monthly resulting from the sale ~
