Together with ali buildings, improvements, fixtures or appurtenances now or hereafter erected there-
~ on or placed therein, including all apparatus, equipment, fixtures or articles, whether in single units or cen-
trally c~ntrolled, used to supply heat, gas, air conditioning, wate~, light, power, refrigeration, vent~l~ation or ~
~ other services, and any othes thing now or hereafter therein or thereon, the furnishing of whith by lessors
~ to leasees is customary or appropriete, including screens, window shad~s, storm doors and windows, ffoor
~ coverings, screen doors, awnings, stoves and water he~ters (all of which are i~tended to be and are hereby
~ declared to be a part of said real estate whether physically attached thereto or not); and also together with
~ all easements ar.d th~ rents, issu~s and profits of said premises which are hereby pledged, assigned, trans-
