OVER A?JD UPON SAID ALLEYWAY; AND PROVIDIPIG FOR AN
EFFECTIVE DATE HEREOF.
B~ IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMt1ISSI0N OF THE CITY OF FORT PIERCE, FLORIDA:
Section l. From and after the effective date of this Ordinance,
that fifteen (15) foot alley~aay lying adjacent to Lots S, 6, 15 and ~6,
Block l, Hibiscus Park, as recorded in Plat Book 8, Page 11 of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, be, and the same is hereby closed,
~
vacated and abandoned, with the City of Fort Pierce, Florida, hereby
saving and reserving unto itself a utility easement for all utility pur-
poses, over and upon said land and alley~aay. ~
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be and become effective immediately
upon final passage.

Florida, on July 3, 1972; copy of said Ordinance was posted in the City
Hall and copies were made available at the office of the City Clerk to
the public upon request during; the time between the first and second
readings of the Ordinance; and was duly read and passed on second and
final reading by title only on July 10, 1972, by the City Commission of
the City of Fort Pierce, Florida.
