AN ORDINANCE ABANDONII~G A PORTION OF A UTILITY
EASEMENT SITUATED~IN BLOCK 23, FORT PIERCE BEACH
SUBDIVISION AS RECORDED AND DESCRIBED IN 0. R.
BOOK 192, PAGE 2061, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ST. LUCIE
COUNTY, FLORIDA AND ESTABLISHING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. :
BE IT ORDAItJED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF FORT PIERCE, FLORIDA:
~ SECTION 1.~ That all of the twelve~(12) foot wide utility easement ~
recorded in 0. R. Book 192, Page 2061, Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida, be and the same is hereby closed, vacated and abandoned excepting
therefrom the following described easement:
COMMENCING at the East Right-of-Way point of Tangent
Station 91 plus 37.32 of Causeway Drive as recorded
in Plat Book 8, Page 4; Thence go Southerly along the -
East Right-of-Way alona a 9.187 degree curve to the
right, ar~ arc length of &0.06 ~feet to the POINT OF
BEGItIidzNG of a tweZve (12 ) foot utility easement the
centerline of which is described as follows: Thence
South $3°-58'-05" East 199.77 feet to a point, Thence
South 66~-O~J'-OS'' East 497.58 feet to a point, Thence
South 78°-41'00" East to an existing condominium
apartment building designated as ~`Bos~n".
SECTI02J 2. That this Qrdinance shall be and become effective upon
final passage.

Ju1y 3, 1912; and was duly read and passed on second and final reading
on July 3, 1972, by the City Commission of the City of Fort Pierce,
Florida.
