Trustees under Agreement d~ted July 23, 1957, recorded in Deed Book
230,~page 480, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, herein-
after called the grantors, to RAY LEIN and JOAN S. LEIN, his wife,
whose post office address is 2925 North Indian Riv~r Drive, P. O. Box
403, Fort Pierce, Florida, hereinafter called the grantees:
WITNESSETH: That the grantors, for and in consideration of
the sum of $10.00 and other valuable considerations, receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged, hereby grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise~
release, convey and confirm unto the grantees, all that certain land
situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, viz:
Lots 6 through 12, both inclusive, Block 49 and Lots 1
through lI, both inclusive, Block 5Q; all in SAN LUCIE
PLAZA, Unit One, as per plat thereof on file in Plat Book
5, page 57, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
SUBJECT TO reservations, restrictions and easements of record.
f~ TOGETHER with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances
thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining.

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same in fee simple forever.
AND the grantors hereby covenant with said gr antees that
in all things in and about this conveyance the grantors have complied
with the powers vested in them under the Trust Agreement dated July 23,
1957, recorded in Deed Book 230, page 480; and that said land is free
of aIl encumbran~es, except taxes accruing subsequent to December 31,
