On this day before me, the undersigned authority, personally
appeared MANN'IE LAWRENCE HOLMES, JR., who after being by me first
duly sworn, upon oath says:
1. That my name is Mannie I,awrence Holmes, Jr.
2. That Affiant was the Grantee in that certain Executor's
Deed dated November 12, 1968 on the property described in the caption j

hereof, which Deed is recorded in OR Book 174 at page 1324,,public
records of St. I,ucie County, Florida.
3. Affiant and his wife, Jeanne A. Holmes, were the Grantors in ~k
that certain Deed conveying Affiant's undivided one-quarter interest
to the property captioned above to Ross M. Lees and Iva Lees, his

~ wife, dated November 3, 1969 which Deed is recorded in:~OR Book 180,

~ page 2404 of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.

~ 4. Affiant is one and the same person as the Mannie Lawrence
Holmes, Jr. who received a one-quarter interest in the captioned ~
property from the Executor of the Estate of Callie Mae Holmes, deceased,
R and the Mannie Lawrence Holmes that conveyed his one-quarter interest
~ in the captioned property to Ross M. I,ees and Iva Lees, his wife.
