The Board of Directors of God is the Mswer Tabernacle, Inc., at its Board
meeting of July 26, 1972, duly resolved: -
TNAT the Corporation authorize the sale of the real property situate in St.
Lucie County, Florida, viz: NiN~ of the M~', of the SM114, Section 8, To~rnship
35 South, Range 39 East, consisting of 10.+, acres, unimproved, and
1~iAT the following officers are empoMered to execute the necessary instruments
for such transaction: Warren M. London, President; Keith London, Vice Pres-
ident; and Mary B. London, Secretary-Treasurer. -
THAT the price shall be ~16,500 and the existing First Mortgage (balance of
59000.00 plus 7~) be assigned to Purchaser.
TNAT the instruments for such sale be placed in escro~r With Title Security
Company of Fort Pierce, and upon closing, the proceeds made payable and
; transmitted to: Reverend Warren M. London, 1710 Penrose Drive, Reidsville,
