that they are lawfully seized of said land in fee simple; that
they have good right and lawful authority to sell and convey
said land; that they hereby fully warrant the title to said
' land and will defend the same against the lawful claims of all
persons whomsoever; and that said land is free of all encum-
brances.
This conveyance is made sub~ect to the conditions,
restrictions and easements which shall be construed as cove-
nants real running with the land, as set forth in Deed from
Lake Indrio Corporation to Sylvia Hudson dated April 14, 1959,
recorded in Deed Book 247, at pages 381 and 382, Office of the
Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, Florida.
