taining. EXCEPTING THEREFROM the North 100 feet lying East of State Road
A-1-A as\set out in the conveyance from Joseph Sickler, et ux, to Chester
Burmaster, et ux, dated June 18, 1954, and filed in Deed Book 192, Page 257,
of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida. ALSO ~XCEPTING THERE-
FROM, all easements for public roads and all rights of the public in "streets,
alleys and parks" as delineated upon the plat of Bonita Isle Unit #1, as per plat
thereof on file in Plat Book 9, Page 62, of the Public Records of St. Lucie
