This conveyance is made subject to those conditions
and restrictions as set forth in a certain deed dated pugust 15,
1956 fro~n Lakewood Park Corporation, a corporation, to Ralph L.
Skeen and Golden Skeen, his then wife~, which deed is of record
in Deed Book 228 at pa~e 417 of the public records of said
county,~reference to which is here made for a more particular
description of the conditions and restrictions therein contained. ~

Being the same real estate conveyed to Ralph L.
Skeen and the Grantor by deed dated August 15, 1956 from
Lakewood Park Corporation. Subsequently, the same Ralph L.
Skeen and t'~_e Grantor were divorced and the same .Ralph L. _
Sgeen conveyed his interest in said land to the said Grantor
by deed dated February 9, 1961 and of record in Deed Book
No. 187 at pa~e 2696. ;
