McCARTY, his wife, hereinafter called the Grantors, to FLORIDA POWER AND LIGHT COMPANY, a corporation existing under the laws of the State of Florida, with its permanent post office address at P. O. Box 3100, Miami, Florida 33130, hereinafter called the Grantee: WITNESSETH: __That the Grantors, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten ($10.00) Dollars and other good and valuable consideration, receipt whereof is hereby acknawledged, hereby grant, bargain, sell, aliens, remise, release, convey and confirm unto the Grantee, all that certain land situated in St. Lucie County, Florida, to wit: All that part of the East three eighths (E 3/8) of Section 15, Township 37 South, Range 38 East, tha~ lies within a str•ip of land that is " 660 feet in width, parallel with, adjacent to and abutting the Florida East Coast Railroad's Southeasterly Right-Of-~Vay, and All that part of Section 14, 10, 11 and 2, Township 37 South, Range 38 East, that lies within a strip of land that is 660 feet in width, parallel with, adjacent to and abutting o the Florida East Coast Railroad's Southeasterly Right-Of-Way all of the afpresaid lands situated ~ ~ ~ in St. Lucie County, r^lorida. a~ o 3~ Reserving to the Grantors the right to use and ~ o--~ maintain existing tences, road ways, including ~ ~ Railroad cr~ssings and irrigation ditches which ! ' o-°' cross the above described lands and further rz- ~,o serving to the Grantors the right to construct, maintain and use additional fences, road ways, ~ o~' including Railroad crossings and ditches crossing ~ o the above described lands at such locations as are mutually agreeable as evidenced by Agreement executed by the parties hereto; provided, however, the ° o Grantee shall have no abligation as to the con- - struction or maintenance of an y such road wa ys or ~ 3 ditch now or hereinafter existing and, further providing that the Grantee may relocate any such ~ ~ road or ditch, provided such relocation does nat ~ 3 materially interfer with the access or drainage.
