adva~ces on account of said original note together with such additional advances in a sum in excess of

Statutes, in Official Record Book ~ j8, pages 115'll~8of the public records of SL.Ltt~i~_Cauot.y, Florida.
In this insirument the singular shall inclvde the plural and the masculine shall include the feminine and
neuter. All rights and obligations under this mortgage shall extenc3 to and be binding upon the respective
heirs, exetutors, . administrators, successors and assigns of the Mortgagor and Mortgagee. ~
