A G R E E M E N T
The undersigned parties for the consideration set out, agree to an
extension of mortgage and note agreements betveen the parties, said Agreement
recorded in O.R. Book 187, Page 1919, Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida, for that:
WHEREAS, the parties have heretofor entered into an agreement of

mortgage securing certain monies for the purchase price of a boat or vessel

~called "Merita" and
WHEREAS, monthly installments have been made from and after the date
(of June 12, 1970 and
WH~E'~AS, there have been from and after the said date, exchanges of
~
~money and deletion of parcel one in the said mortgage and other considerations
between the parties passing, the said Agreement of June ?2, 197o and the balance
of the monies therein owed, are this date agreed to be the unpaid principle sum
~of $2,450.00, which said sum shall be paid monthly after date beginning
~
`September 7, 1972, in the amount of $50.00 each; that all sums unpaid after the
date shall bear interest at the rate of 10~ per annum as provided after the
'
~ first year on the original note secured.

~ IT IS HIIZEBY acquiesced, acclaimed, consented, agreed and stipulated
~ i
~ y all parties that this extension agreement is executed by all parties as a
~ paxt of the consideration for the extension of the covenants set out in the
Ioriginal agreemeat and new monies advanced to LE~NARD SAPP, JR.
