WARRANTY DEED THIS WARRANTY DEED, made the 27t~ day of July A.D. 1972, by DOROTHY HUFF STEVENS, a married woman, joined by her husband, WALTER B. STEVENS, hereinafter collectively called the Grantor , to SUZANNE S. EBERHART and WILLIAM D. EBERHART, her husband, whose mailing address is 5532 Priory Lane, Birmingham, Michigan 48018; BEVERLY S. PETRIE'and BRUCE I. PETRIE, her husband, whose mailing address is 5940 Crabtree Lane, Cincinnati, Ohio 45243; and WILLIAM B.
