(c) A parcel of land 30 feet in width extending
15 feet on each side of the following described
centerline: Beginning at a point 19 feet East and
144 feet North of the North 1/4 corner of Section 4,
Township 37 South, Range 38 East, thence run Westerlyj
7870.51 feet, more or less, to a point in the West
line.of Section 32, Township 36 South, Range 38 East,
which point is 45 feet North of the Southwest corner
of said Section 32. Said parcel cf land lying adjacent
and parallel to that certain canal easement described
in paragraph 2(c) of this easement.
2. A non-exclusive easement for discharging, drawing,
flowing and pumping irrigation waters, and for the constructing, using,
operating and maintaining a canal for the conveyance of drainage and
irrigation water together with the right and license to use any and
all canals existing or hereafter to be constructed on, over and under
the following described property in St. Lucie County, State of Florida,
to-wit:
(a) A parcel of land 30 feet~in width extending
15 feet on each side of the following described center-
line:
Beginning in the South line of Section 9, Township
37 South, Range 38 East, 2.0 feet West of the S 1/4
corner of said Section 9, and 37 feet East of the
centerline of an existing graded dirt road, said road
being 60 feet in width, thence northerly parallel with
the centerline of said road 5339.35 feet to a point
37 feet East of the N 1/4 corner of said Section 9, and
37 feet East of the centerline of said road, thence
continue northerly paralleling said centerline of
road 5565.25 feet to a point 86 feet East of the N
1/4 corner of Section 4, Township 37 South, Range 38
East, and 37 feet East of the centerline of said
road.
(b) A parcel of land 60 feet in width extending
30 feet on each side of the following. described
centerline:
Beginning in the South line of Section 33, Township
36 South, Range 38 East, 101.0 feet East of the S
1/4 corner of said Section 33, and 52 feet East of the
centerline of an existing dirt road, said road being
60 feet in width, thence northerly parallel with the
centerline of road aforesaid, 52I8.0 feet to a point
127.0 feet East and I00.5 feet South of the N 1/4
corner of said Section 33, thence turn and run North
88 degrees 06 minutes East, 681.4 feet, thence South
82 degrees 11 minutes East 147.6 feet, thence North
77 degrees 11 minutes East 381.4 feet, thence South
89 degrees 58 minutes East, 1358.3 feet to a point
23.3 feet South of the Northeast corner of said Section '
33, thence turn and run North on the Section line dividing
Sections 27 & 28 in Township 36 South, Range 38 East,
5269.0 feet to a point 60 feet South of the Section
corner common to Sections 27 & 28 of said Township and
- Range, thence East 60 feet south of and paralleling
