And Dorothy Huff Stevens, joined by Walter B. Stevens, her
husband, a~so kriown as W. Bonfoey Stevens and W. B. Stevens, hereby
covenants with the Grantees that she has good right and lawful
authoxity to grant this Easement; and that she will defend the same
against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Dorothy Huff Stevens and Walter B.
Stevens have set their hands and seals the day and year first above
