EBERHART and WILLIAM D. EBERHART, wife and husband, BEVERLY S. PETRIE and BRUCE I. PETRIE, wife and husband, and WILLIAM B. STEVENS and GERTRUDE N. STEVENS, husband and wife, inereinafter collectively called the Grantor, to CLARENCE CORPORATION, a corporation organized and existing under the laws of Florida, whose mailing address is 1900 DuBois Tower, Cincinnati,- Ohio ~5202, the Grantee; (Wherever used herein the terms "Grantors" and "Grantee" include all the•parties to this instrument and their respective heirs, legal representatives, successors and assigns) WITNESSETH; That the Grantors for and in consideration of the sum of $10.00 and other valuable considerations, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hereby grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise, re~ease, convey and confirm unto GLARENCE CORPORATION, the Grantee, all that certain land situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, viz: _ TRACT NO. 1 The E 1/2 of the N 1/2 of SW 1/4 of Section 4, Township 37 South, Range 38 East, subject to a roadway easement over that part thereof Iying within 30 feet of the center Iine of an existing road running Northerly-Southerl.y near the East side thereof, said road center line being described as follows: Begin ~ at the South quarter corner of said Section 4, run •~r It~~trttli~ thence Northerly to a point 49 feet East of the ~ North quarter corner of said Section 4. ~~1 ~ ~ And that part of the NW 1/4 of SE 1/4 of Section 4, ~?-t Township 37 South, Range 38 East, lying West of the J~-=.~',y.t ~ center line of an existing road running Northerly- ~ `La~i Southerly near the West side thereof, said road ° a~ center line being described as follows: Begin at `1J z'~ , w the South quarter corner of said Section 4, run N r N Q? u thence Northerly to a point 49 feet East of the North 4~- quarter corner of said Section 4; subject to a road- (Aoli1~~:~~ii~~a way easement over that part thereof lying within 30 feet of the center line of said existing road. - f A1N~0~ Being part of the same premises described as 31~(il '1S Tract No. 1 in deed to Dorothy Huff Stevens recorded ~ , in Official Records Book 12, Page 530 of St. Lucie : County, Florida as corrected by deed recorded in Official Records Book 28, Page 208.
