EASEMENT FOR ROADS AND CANALS
THIS EASEMENT made this lst day of August , 1972
by SUZANNE S. EBERHART and WILLIAM D. EBERHART, her husband,
BEVERLY S. PETRIE and BRUCE I. PETRIE, her husband, and WILLIAM
B. STEVENS and GERTRUDE N. STEVENS, his wife, hereinafter col-
lectively called the Grantors, to CLARENCE CORPORATION, a
corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State
of Florida , whose mailing address is 1900 DuBois Tower, Cin-
cinnati, Ohio 45202, hereinafter called th~.Grantee;
(Wherever used herein the terms "Grantors" and "Grantee"
include all the parties to this instrument and their heirs,
legal representatives, successors and assigns)
W I T N E S S E T H:
For and in the consideration of the sum of Ten DoZlars and
other good and valuable considerations paid by the Grantee to the
Grantors, receipt~whereof is hereby acknowledged, and in connection
~ with the conveyance by Grantors to Grantee, by deed of even date,

I of certain lands to which these easements are appurtenant, Grantors

~ by these presents do grant, convey and set over to the Grantee,
~
its successors and assigns, the following described non-exclusive
easements, to-wit:
1. A non-exclusive easement for constructing, using, main-
taining and operating a road for traffic purposes, without
I restrictions, together with the right and license to use roads,
existing or hereinafter to be constructed, over and upon the fol-
~ lowing described property in St. Lucie County, State of Florida,

~ to-wit:

~ A parcel of land 60 feet in width extending
~
~ 30 feet on each side of the center line of an existing
~ dirt road measured at right angles thereto, said center
~
~ line being specifically described as follows:
