(c) A parcel of land 60 feet in width extending 30 feet on each side of the following described center line: Beginning at a point in the centerline of an existing canal which point is 99 feet North and 19 feet East of the North 1/4 corner of Section 4, Township 37 South, Range 38 East, thence run Westerly along the centerline of said Canal 7840.51 feet, more or less, to a point on the North line of Section 5, Township 37 South, Range 38 East, which point is 30 feet East of the Northwest corner of said Section 5; thence run Southerly to a point in the East boundary line of Section 6, Township 37 South, Range 38 East, which _ point is 30 feet South of the Northeast corner of said Section 6; thence run_West parallel to the North boundary line of said Section 6, a distance of 4550.7 feet; thence North 82 degrees no minutes West, 200 feet to the North boundary line of said Section 6; thence run North 73 degrees, 30 minutes West, a distance of 228.0 feet to a point 30 feet North of the South line of Section 31, Township 66 South, Range 38 East, thence run West parallel with the South Iine of said Section 31, a distance of 643.5 feet to the East right-of-way line of Central and Southern Florida Flood Control District Canal No. C-23. The easement described in this parag=aph 2(c) is subject to that certain temporary easement to Central and Southern Florida Flood Control District for the temporary use of the East 20.0 feet of the West 145.0 feet of said Sections 6 and 31. Being the same easements conveyed to Dorothy Huff Stevens by W. W. Carlton and Annie G. Carl~=on by instrument entitled "Easement for Canal and Roads" recorded in ' Official Records Book 12 Page 534 St. Lucie County, ' Florida records, and by Dorothy Huff Stevens to Grantors ' by instrument dated July 27 , 1972. This easement is given subject to the following: (A) The reservation in said instrument by said W. W. Carlton and Annie G. Carlton unto themselves, their heirs, exe- cutors, administrators and assigns, of the right, license and privilege to use in common with Dorothy Huff Stevens and the other Grantees in said instrument, their successors and assigns, the roads existing or hereafter to be constructed upon the Iands described in paragraph 1 above and said road shall at all times, during the term of this easement, remain open and unabstructed.
