Carlton unto themselves, their heirs, exe- cutors, administrators and assigns, of the right, license and privilege to use in common with Dorothy Huff Stevens and the other Grantees in said instrument, their successors or assigns, the drainage and irrigation canals, existing or hereafter to be con- structed upon the lands described in paragraph 2 above. (C) The reservation, by-Dorothy Huff Stevens in the grant of easement to the Grantors herein, of all rights in and to the easements contained in said instrument with respect to certain lands retained by Dorothy Huff Stevens i.e. The W~1/2 of the N 1/2 of SW 1/4 of Section 4, Township 37 South Range 38 East, St. Lucie County, Florida. Provided, however, that that certain canal described in paragraph 2(c) hereinabove shall be restricted to the use o~ the following described lands, to-wit: Section 4, 5, 6, 8 and 9, Township 37 South, Range 38 East; the West 1/2 of Section 31 and i all of that part of Section 33, Township 36 South, Range 38 East, i ~ ~ lying East of that certain road described in paragraph 1(a) 3 ~ hereinabove, and that water from no other lands shall be permitted to drain into and through said canal and no water shall be taken therefrom for irrigation purposes other than for the purpose of irrigating the lands described in this paragraph except by the written agreement of all parties to said instrument entitled "Ease- ment for Roads and Canals". The term of this easement for all of the drainage canals ~ described in paragraph 2 above shall be in perpetuity. Proqided, ~ however, that that part of the drainage canals described in para- ~ graph 2(b) above extending East and North of the NE corner of the West 1/2 of Section 33 shall be used only for the purpose of conveying ~ drainage waters.
