BENEFIT OF EASEMENTS. The easements granted hereby shall
be private easements or t e common use and bene~it of the lands
conveyed by the several deeds referred to above and shall be appurtenant
to such lands, and are subject to the rights therein of the other
parties set forth in said instrument recorded in Official Records
Book 28 Page 585 St. Lucie County, Florida records.
. RESERVATION. This grant of easement is made subject to the
reservation by Dorothy Huff Stevens of all rights in and to the
easements contained in said instrument with respect to certain lands
retained by Dorothy Huff Stevens i.e. The W 1/2 of the N 1/2 of SW
1/4 of Section 4, Township 37 South Range 38 East, St. Lucie County,
Florida.
AND the Grantors hereby covenant with the Grantee that
they have good right and lawful authority to grant this Easement;
and that they will defend the same against the lawful claims of all
persons whomsoever.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Grantors have signed and sealed
these presents the day and year indicated below.
