amended Official Record Book 192, Page 820, all as filed for record in the
,Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court, St. Lucie County, Florida, toqether
with: (i) an undivided 1/1585th interest in those lands designated by said
Plat and Ueclaratian (as amended) as cowmon elements and limited couunon
elements; and, (ii) all tenements, hereditaments and a~purtenances thereunto
belonging or in anywise appertaininq;
without impairinq the lien on the remaining part of the property desczibed in that
